The team did an incredible job cleaning our new home, preparing for our move-in. They did not cut corners and cleaned areas that I wouldn't have considered (removing old lamp fixtures and cleaning inside?! Amazing). I'm looking forward to schedule a bi-weekly cleaning service with Long Island Maids.

Just recently moved to a new apartment in upper east side and need a cleaning service. The lady did an awesome job cleaning our place! (It wasn't even that clean when we first moved in ). I'm a busy person, and expect for people to come on time. I appreciate that the cleaners come at the time that they are scheduled. Not all services are this consistent. I did ask if they could use shoe covers and also use our specific requests of cleaning supplies. My place is quite big (townhouse in Manhattan), so there are times when they miss a few spots, which isn't a major concern as they always get them on their next visit when I leave a note of what needs to be done. Overall they do a good job of cleaning the house and are very friendly and very happy with this maid service.

Finding a maid service in Manhattan is tough. I found Long Island Maids from my building manager. I had team Veronica who comes with her daughter, They are great!! They get in here and clean, clean, clean. They have my house done in about 45 minutes. Everything is spotless when they are done. I have had them about 6 months now and don't regret it. Love it!!

We hired Long Island Maids to do a move-out cleaning for the apartment we were renting. The cleaning team did an excellent job and the landlord was very happy (which is most important). We are going to hire them to clean our new place once we move in. I really can't recommend them more highly. Professional, easy scheduling, great clean. Awesome!

The team sent to my house both were very cordial and was very friendly to my cats. More importantly, they were meticulously thorough. They dusted everything, really scrubbed the bathrooms, as well as completely mopped the wood floors. I would recommend Long Island Maids to my friends without hesitation.

I needed a "move-in deep clean" for my apartment in Manhattan and Long Island Maids came in clutch! Very pleased and will use this their services again. Sam responded to my inquiry very quickly and said she'd have cleaners available for me the next morning. The two cleaners showed up to my home ON TIME and worked very hard the entire time. I was able to express what I wanted cleaned and how clean I liked things. I am beyond thankful for them, as they took away a lot of my move-in stress!

Although I wasn't home at the time, my girlfriend wanted to be home during the cleaning due to nerves. Suffice to say, not only was the staff courteous, but helped allay her concerns. On top of customer service, they cleaned thoroughly and things I didn't expect, but greatly welcome. They even vacuumed my cats tree!

Very happy with their service! They come on time, bring all supplies, and are very trustworthy. I have complete confidence in their work and safety since it's always the same couple that comes in. They have always followed all my instructions, and the communication with the manager is very easy and efficient. Also, I like the option of being able to book online, pay with a credit card and don’t have to worry about any cash issues. Planning to keep them for a long time.

Long Island Maids Cleaning Services IS the best cleaning service I've ever used! They were very efficient and left my house brand new. I was so surprised with them, mostly because the last two places I've used weren't as good so I wasn't expecting much when I called up Long Island Maids. but they proved me wrong! The staff was very courteous and really cared about doing a job well done, which is more than I can say for the other places I've used. If you want a cleaning service that is reliable and will exceed your expectations, Long Island Maids is definitely the way to go.

I need a post construction cleaning done for a duplex in my Manhattan property. I was recommend this company from another land lord who told me did an excellent job for their property and even used a steamer for the hardwood floors. I just wanted a simple cleaning done (kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, fridge and oven) and other companies were just giving me ridiculous prices. After a few in-home quotes, I came upon this cleaning service and found the prices to be the most reasonable. My cleaners, Nicole & Matt (husband and wife team!) were really great. They were very punctual, accommodating, and asked questions which I truly liked. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because Long Island Maids delayed my cleaning by a few days due to over booking. All said and done, it was a pleasure to work with them and will use them again on an as needed basis.

Just brought a new house on Long Island and too be honest, I have been terrified on hiring a cleaning company to do a move in cleaning for us as we have had bad experience once before. Fortunately, this didn't happen with Long Island Maids. They did a full detailed cleaning except they forgot to do the inside of the fridge which they might have just forgotten about. They did give me a partial refund for fridge cleaning which was nice, but still slightly annoying as I had to do the fridge. Overall, fantastic job none .

Been using this company for almost two years now for a rental property out east. Everything about them is truly remarkable. The first time they came, they were about an hour late without notifying us. However, Shannon apologized about this and offered us a nice little discount which was fair. I have a large home and the last company I hired didn't stand up to their promise. I'm not sure if the house was just too big or what. Either way, This company was recommend to me by a friend of mine. I did explain to them that the house was very big, and they told me they will send over a team of 4. The time came and only 3 people came. Nonetheless, the 3 ladies did do a fantastic job, they stayed for over 7 hours! Team did an outstanding job.

I found Long Island Maids through online and made an appointment with them. I really appreciate the staff I spoke over the phone who was friendly, informative and professional. He even gave me a pretty nice estimate and agreed to do it the next day. The crew, they sent was on time and started cleaning our house. When the crew left, I was really surprised because our house was really clean and smells good. Definitely using them again!

My experience with Long Island Maids was fantastic! We were visiting some family members in Manhattan in the Upper east side for a few days and as a thank you to them, I wanted to give them a parting gift from us.I booked the cleaning online and was able to have a team come the next day. We have been using Long Island Maids for about 3 months now and they are absolutely wonderful! Our housekeepers, are ALWAYS on time if not a bit early and always wear shoe protectors that keep our carpets clean. Most certainly the best cleaning company as of yet, it's nice to know they are not some franchise either, so supporting local business is great! In regards to the cleaning, everything was done perfectly, however the lady forgot to do the oven which I paid for, but was refunded back. They did offer to come back as well, which was nice of them.

I found out about Long Island Maids through a mutual friend of mine who highly recommend me to use them. I figured why not. These guys are obviously different then everyone else from the moment you go to their website! I did my booking online, no quote or someone coming over needed! Price is show on the spot and everything is done with credit card, so I didn't have to worry about leaving any cash (left a tip though). I had Ana mad Maria come and they were extremely nice and very polite and very respectful of my home. Overall, they did a fantastic cleaning job! Will highly recommend this company if looking for a cleaning service.

I've a summer house in Westhampton Beach. I came home to a fresh smelling, clean apartment. But I didn't spend any time to cleaning and getting sweaty and dirty. Found this company by a family friend and saw some google reviews which had good reviews so I decided to book and try them out. Definitely worth every dollar spent. Would recommend and use them on a regular. The couple that came were very nice and pleasant to have around (older couple) and the cleaning was impressive as well.

I changed to Long Island Maids because I didn't feel the previous cleaners were doing a very good job, plus, they are local! My house didn't have that sparkle of a clean house. Long Island Maids sent Jackie and Maria and now my house is sparkle clean, the shower windows spotless, the house smells and look like it has been cleaned. So worth the switch. I recommend Long Island Maid!

This is better than 'as good as it get!' Sam was extremely helpful and understanding when he set me up. And then Maria and her daughter came! Like a blessing! She is so great - and did such a through job, as if it was her own house. Every nook, every cranny was spotless and perfect. I have been using Long Island Maids for about two years. The customer service is professional and the cleaning service is high quality. My assigned team assigned Jason (I am a guy, so sending a guy was a good idea) to clean my home, and he does FANTASTIC work!He is always on time, has a friendly demeanor, and is very thorough in his work--all of these characteristics are equally important to me. I am one of those obsessive, compulsive cleaners who believed no one would clean my home as well as I do. Turns out, Jason does! I do not spot clean or re-clean anything after he is finished. Great service! I have even had to make modifications to the schedule, and the manager, Sam, was absolutely accommodating and kind throughout the process. Price wise, it is on par with what friends of mine pay for similar services in other areas. I highly recommend this company!

Very dependable and responsive cleaning service! I have used them on multiple occasions, and they amaze me every and each time with the work quality. They come on time when they are scheduled. Very professional, asks questions to make sure that the cleaning work goes smoothly, explains in detail what they will do, but most importantly follows my instructions. The prices are very competitive (maybe a little bit higher), and the cleaning team is trained to a 5-star standard. Their customer service and cleaning skills are top notch. If I think of something extra the last minute, they are always accommodating even though I know they were not prepared for that. What gives me great peace of mind is that I don't need to tell them what to do. They approach their work with pride, and I love seeing the end result...a very clean home!

Sarah and her husband are an awesome team! They did such an incredible and thorough job cleaning our apartment! I was blown away. Honestly I didn't want to make dinner because I didn't want to mess up the kitchen because it was so spotless!They were also very responsive when I texted to ask when they would be finished, so my husband could bring our dog home. This is is the second time we have used this company and honestly, both times exceeded our expectations! We very much recommend and will certainly use long island maids again!

I've had my two bedroom, two bath condo cleaned by LIM once a month for a little over 6 months now and it's been great. They always show up on time and do a excellent job at keeping everything clean and sparkling. They've been happy to handle any special requests as needed as well (if something needs a little extra attention for example). The price is reasonable. If you're looking for a consistent cleaning service, don't hesitate to contact them!

My experience with Long Island maids was very positive.I booked a one time ""move out"" cleaning with these guys. The booking process was easy, straightforward, and I knew exactly what to expect with the appointment (cleaning and price wise). The team that arrived were friendly, polite, and respectful. They made sure to ask me what I expected from the cleaning and took their time to meet these expectations. My appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and stainless steel sink) looked brand new after they were finished. The cleaning was very thorough!The cleaning took around 5 hours. The pricing was a bit higher then other companies, however the work done can't be beat and justifies the price. I definitely recommend Long Island maid for your cleaning needs!

I can't recommend Long Island Maids enough! I've used them twice now and I'm so impressed with the quality of work they do. Salvador and his wife came over both times. They are such an OUTSTANDING team! My house looks amazing. My house was so clean and they both asked me to inspect each room before they moved onto the next. I probably have been through 7-9 different businesses' and a few solo's. Truly a godsend. Where can you add 6 stars? Holy moly, the best. Rachel and Maria arrive on time, every time super professional, assessed what I wanted done and got to work. They steam cleaned 3 rugs, 2 armchairs and a couch. I'm mortified at the before and afters, but also so over the moon with the results. With three dogs and a toddler, you can imagine what my furniture looked like before (black... food encrusted...) and now it looks brand new and fresh.I liked them so much I asked them to come back to do a deep clean of our house and I'm also considering hiring them on the reg. Do yourself a favor and set-up an appointment!

What a great job done by the Long Island Maids. After getting recommended by my best friend I opted them for my house cleaning. The ladies were on time and went to work immediately. It was a team of three. My house was cleaned and dusted properly. The sliding doors of my bedrooms looked brand new. All the doors, windows were cleaned. Every single corner touched and cleaned profoundly. I am so shocked to see this kind of expertise work. The ladies were very polite and communicated well. I am so happy.

My experience with the LI maids was excellent. I have used other maid services before also but none of them rendered the high level service which they have given to me. I hired them right after the Birthday party celebration at my house. Booking an appointment with them was easy. The maids came on time the next day. Best maid service in the entire New York. I am really impressed by their work. They were not like the old stereotype maids who remains bounded to only floor cleaning. Every corner of my house was spotless, shining and clear. Also, they mopped the floor very nicely. They cleaned the bathrooms and even settled all the shampoo bottles in an arranged manner plus cleaned even the tap handles which were a major plus. I am so happy. I will be definitely using their services in future also.

Great company, superb experience. This was my first time I used maid services and I am so happy and highly satisfied with the results. The maids are the expert cleaners, the stains which I struggled to remove for years, they came and cleaned within a very less span of time. Also, I got my entire house cleaned by them including kitchen, hall, two bedrooms and two bathrooms at a very affordable price. I was not at all expecting such a high end and in depth cleaning.
