Move-In Cleaning for Long Island Homes

Ideally, schedule your move-in cleaning after you get the keys but before you move any furniture or belongings in. This gives us full access to every surface, closet, and corner. We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to secure your preferred date.

Move-in cleaning includes everything in our deep cleaning service plus extras: all rooms cleaned top to bottom, inside cabinets and drawers wiped out, interior windows cleaned, inside oven and refrigerator cleaned, baseboards, light switches, door frames, bathrooms sanitized, and floors thoroughly cleaned.

Move-in cleaning typically takes 3-6+ hours depending on the home's size and condition. Empty homes are often faster to clean since there's no furniture to work around, but homes that haven't been cleaned in a while may need extra attention.

Yes, we can clean homes where the previous occupants haven't fully moved out, but we get the best results when the home is empty. If there's still furniture present, we'll clean around it as best we can and note any areas we couldn't fully access.

Absolutely. Post-construction cleaning is actually one of our specialties. New construction homes often have dust, debris, paint splatters, and adhesive residue that requires thorough cleaning before you move in. We'll get your new build move-in ready.

Pricing is based on your home's size (bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage) and current condition. You'll get an exact quote when you book online—no surprises. Most Long Island homes fall between $295-$495 for move-in cleaning.

Not required. Many clients give us access via key, door code, or lockbox since they're still at their old place on move-in day. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're done, and you can do a walkthrough later.

Yes! Many clients use their move-in cleaning as their first clean and then transition to recurring weekly or biweekly service. Since you're starting with a deep clean, we can jump right into maintenance cleaning on your next scheduled visit.
