How long does a deep cleaning take?
Deep cleanings typically take 3-6+ hours depending on your home's size and condition. A 2-bedroom apartment might take 3-4 hours, while a larger 4+ bedroom home could take 6-8 hours.
Why is deep cleaning required for first-time clients?
We need to establish a clean baseline before starting recurring service. Without a deep clean first, we'd be maintaining existing buildup rather than true cleanliness.
Can I book just a deep cleaning without recurring service?
Absolutely. While many clients transition to recurring service after their deep clean, it's not required. Book whenever you need a thorough refresh.
What if my home is really dirty?
No judgment here—we've seen it all. Extremely neglected homes may require additional time, which we'll discuss during booking.
Do I need to be home during the deep cleaning?
Not required, but many clients prefer to be present for the first visit to do a walkthrough. You can provide access via key, door code, or lockbox.
What's NOT included in deep cleaning?
Exterior windows, laundry, dishes, heavy organization, or specialty services like carpet shampooing. For deep cleaning, interior oven cleaning and interior refrigerator cleaning are available as optional extras, currently starting at $35 each. Check the booking form for current pricing when selecting these extras. Note: these are separate from the one oven and one refrigerator already included in move-in and move-out cleaning.
