Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No. Many of our customers provide a key, garage code, or lockbox access. We'll confirm entry instructions when you book and secure your home when we leave.
How should I prepare for my cleaning?

How does cleaner consistency work?
For recurring cleaning, we assign you a dedicated cleaner who learns your home and preferences. When your regular cleaner is unavailable, we send another experienced team member and communicate any schedule changes in advance.
Can I request additional tasks?
Yes. Common add-ons include inside oven cleaning, inside refrigerator cleaning, and laundry. Additional tasks add time and cost to your service. Let us know your needs when booking or contact us to discuss.
