Beginnings in Westhampton Beach
Shannon learned the value of a well‑kept space while working at the Sandcastle co‑op. After hours, he helped residents by cleaning their apartments — word spread, and before long he was caring for more than a dozen homes each week.
From Solo to Team
Demand outpaced what one person could do. Shannon recruited and trained a small team in his meticulous methods — punctuality, 50‑point checklists, and respectful service.
Serving LI & The City
As customers split time between the Hamptons and the city, we expanded to cover Long Island City and NYC while keeping the same quality controls and training.
Today
Specialized crews cover Nassau, Suffolk, and the East End. Shannon now guides operations behind the scenes — mentoring teams, refining checklists, and upholding our standards.
