We’ve made it our mission to become Long Island's most highly-respected cleaning company. And we’re well on the way to achieving our goal.

In just five years, we’ve grown from a humble home business with one extraordinary team (wave Christina!) to 12 teams-who are all incredibly hardworking cleaning professionals and helping over 4,000 happy customers across Long Island & Long Island City, supported by seven fantastic office staff.

Who do we send out?

We work in teams of 1/2/3 people. Normally we will assign solo cleaners to smaller jobs and the larger teams to spring cleans, move out cleans or any home that we consider a bit larger. We have found that when cleaners work together regularly they often end up being more efficient that when working independently – the cleaners can play to their strengths!

We understand that the people who come to your home and provide your service really matter. We carefully select every one of our cleaners and make sure they are capable of providing the extremely high level of service we expect. Most of our teams are Mother/daughter, Mother/Son, or somehow related!

We generally only send cleaners with 2-3+ years of experience, English speaking, background checked, reference checked, fully equipped, professional and to top it all off, fun and friendly too.

Born in NYC and raised on Long Island and brought tech and local services together. My parents always nurtured two things in me – an entrepreneurial spirit and the importance of a good work ethic. I’ve taken both these lessons to heart and integrated them in to the business Long Island Maids

I began my role in Long Island Maids as everything. From marketing, bookings, cleanings, customer support, etc. Now my time is split between supporting our office/professionals through optimizing and improving our systems and secondly, continually growing and building the business. I do most of the marketing myself. Aside from managing Long Island Maids, I enjoy keeping myself busy with a range of activities including hiking, kayaking, attempting to surf, outer beach days, catching up with friends, traveling and of course, plenty of relaxing!


Sales and Customer Service

I have been working in customer service roles for over 9 years. From call centres, hosting kids birthday parties to working in the bridal industry – where almost everyone you come in contact with is stressed and wanting perfection. This experience has been instrumental in growing and developing my skill set to ensure I have the ability to provide exceptional customer service while staying calm in all areas.

My role at Long Island Maids is in the Customer Service team although it is split between both sales and accounts. This means I get to speak to potential customers directly over the phone providing quotes, as well as being the direct contact for all our lovely existing customers managing their accounts.

I enjoy spending most of my time with family and friends. I like to spend my weekends outdoors soaking up the sun!


Customer Email Support

I began to freelance in content writing and eventually moved on to customer services. I’ve lived and breathed customer service. For almost 7 years now and have had an extensive background in customer service, administration and management roles. My past career opportunities have taught me many valuable lessons in which has been embedded in my work ethic. I do believe one of the most important things in life is truly being satisfied and proud of where you work, which I am so grateful for is what I get from being part of the team here at Long Island Maids.

I handle most of the email requests here at Long Island Maids, from booking requests to email support or general information. I truly love this job as I'm able to do my job remotely and allows me to travel and see my family whenever I want!

I am a big family person and any spare moment I can grasp is usually spent with them. I have the most beautiful nieces and nephew one could ask for. I truly feel lucky for the people in my life and extremely grateful for the opportunities I have gotten! I love traveling and being a goofball!


Team Manager

I come from a strong background of Customer Service, Coordination roles and Sales Management. Multitasking, organisation and just getting things done have always been a strength of mine, however we spend so much of our lives working it is extremely important to me to love what I do and enjoy my time at work. This has made me extremely selective about the companies I join and I have not looked back since joining Long Island Maids

At Long Island Maids, I work with and support our Cleaning Professionals. We are the main point of contact to all our and cleaning teams, and ensure a high level of customer service is consistently being provided. My teams and I are always here to assist in any way we can whether it be by phone, email or text.

Outside of Long Island Maids, you can always find me having a laugh with family and friends, spoiling my Niece & Nephew rotten, watching a dodgy D grade horror movie, or catching some waves at Cupsogue beach!
