- Our service is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom detail clean of an empty property. It includes everything in a deep clean, plus the interiors of all cabinets, drawers, oven, microwave, and refrigerator by default. We focus on sanitizing all surfaces to ensure a truly fresh start.
- A deep clean is typically for a furnished home and cleans the exterior of appliances and cabinets. A move-in clean is specifically for empty homes, allowing us to meticulously clean the inside of all appliances and cabinetry, ensuring every nook and cranny is addressed before you unpack.
- Yes. Unlike many standard cleaning services, cleaning the inside of all major kitchen appliances and all cabinetry/drawers is a core part of our move-in package.
- We clean interior windows and wipe down blinds that are safely reachable from the floor or using a standard two-step stool. For safety reasons, we do not perform work on tall ladders.
Preparation & Logistics
- No. Most clients are managing move logistics elsewhere. We are fully insured and bonded. Provide access via a lockbox code, hidden key, or building management. We will lock up securely when finished.
- No. Our professional cleaning teams arrive with all the necessary commercial-grade equipment and supplies to complete the job efficiently and effectively.
- The property must be empty of all personal belongings and furniture. Please ensure electricity and running water are on. If the refrigerator is to be cleaned inside, unplug it at least 24 hours in advance to defrost.
- We’ll consolidate and remove normal amounts of trash (up to two kitchen-sized bags). We don’t provide junk removal, handle hazardous waste, construction debris, or large furniture. Please remove these before arrival.
