Cat urine, in particular, contains proteins and ammonia that penetrate deep into surfaces. Standard cleaning cannot fully eliminate severe or long-standing cat urine odors. The same applies to other severe pet odors that have set into materials.
No Guarantee of Complete Removal
While we'll do our best to clean and freshen your home, we cannot guarantee complete odor or stain removal for severe pet contamination. Some odors require professional remediation, enzyme treatments, or material replacement.
Multiple Treatments May Be Required
For homes with significant pet odor issues, a single cleaning will not resolve the problem. Multiple treatments, deep cleaning sessions, and ongoing maintenance may be necessary — and even then, results vary.
Subfloor Contamination
When urine or severe contamination has reached subfloors, padding, or structural materials, no amount of surface cleaning will eliminate the odor. This requires professional remediation and often material replacement.
