How do I schedule recurring turnovers?
The easiest way is to share your booking calendar with us (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)—we can sync with most platforms. Alternatively, just text or email us your turnover dates as you get bookings. We'll confirm each one and handle scheduling from there.
What's your cancellation policy for turnovers?
We understand bookings cancel. If a guest cancels and you no longer need the turnover, let us know at least 24 hours in advance and there's no charge. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a small fee to cover scheduling.
Can you handle same-day turnovers?
Yes, we specialize in same-day turnovers for those tight checkout-to-check-in windows. Just let us know your checkout and check-in times so we can allocate the right team and timeline. We do our best work when we're not rushed, so earlier checkout times help.
Do you provide linens or just make beds?
We make beds with whatever linens you provide. We can wash and dry linens on-site if needed (just allow extra time), or coordinate with your linen service. We don't supply linens ourselves, but we're flexible with whatever system works for you.
Can you restock supplies and toiletries?
Yes, if you provide supplies at the property, we'll restock bathroom toiletries, paper products, and kitchen essentials as part of the turnover. Just keep us supplied and we'll make sure everything is guest-ready. We can also notify you when supplies are running low.
Do you offer photo verification after cleaning?
Yes! If you'd like, we can send photos after each turnover so you can verify the property is ready—especially useful for remote hosts who can't do a walkthrough themselves. Just request it when you set up service.
How does pricing work for larger properties?
Pricing is based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and overall square footage. Larger Hamptons estates and properties with multiple buildings may require custom quotes. We'll give you exact pricing after you share property details.
Do you service properties outside the Hamptons and North Fork?
