How much notice do you need for a turnover?
We prefer 24-48 hours notice for regular turnovers, but we accept bookings with as little as 4 hours notice for emergencies (subject to availability). For peak Hamptons summer season, we recommend booking your recurring turnover schedule in advance to guarantee availability.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all cleaning supplies and professional equipment. Our products are effective yet safe for guests with sensitivities. If you prefer specific products for your property, we're happy to use those instead—just let us know.
What's included in the photo confirmation?
After every turnover, you'll receive photos of each room via text or email showing the property is clean and staged. This typically includes: made beds, clean bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and any special areas you specify. It's your peace of mind that everything is guest-ready.
Can you handle same-day turnovers (checkout 11am, check-in 3pm)?
Absolutely—this is our specialty. We're experienced with tight turnover windows and can have most properties guest-ready within 2-3 hours depending on size. For larger Hamptons properties, we send multiple team members to ensure on-time completion.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for hosts managing multiple vacation rentals. Contact us to discuss your portfolio and we'll create a custom pricing package. Many of our multi-property hosts save 10-15% compared to individual booking rates.
What if a guest leaves the property extremely messy?
Standard turnovers cover normal guest usage. If we arrive to excessive mess (party aftermath, pet damage, etc.), we'll contact you immediately with photos and a quote for additional cleaning. We document everything so you have what you need for platform damage claims.
