What's the fastest way to reach you?
For immediate assistance, call us directly. Nassau: (516) 699-8406, Suffolk: (631) 596-0682. We also respond quickly to texts at either number. Email is best for non-urgent questions or detailed requests.
Why are there two phone numbers?
We maintain dedicated lines for each county so you always reach someone familiar with your area. It helps us provide faster, more personalized service. Call whichever number matches your county—or either one if you're not sure!
How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
The easiest way is to call or text us at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. You can also reply to any appointment confirmation email. We ask for 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees and to be fair to your cleaner.
What if I have a concern about my cleaning?
Please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee—if something isn't up to your standards, we'll send your cleaner back to fix it at no charge. Your feedback helps us improve.
Do you respond on weekends?
Yes! We're open 7 days a week, 9 AM – 5 PM. The only exceptions are major holidays, when we're closed. Messages received on holidays will be answered the next business day.
