Yes, our minimum gift card amount is $275. This ensures the recipient can book at least a deep cleaning for a smaller home. You can purchase any amount above $275.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Yes! You can send the gift card immediately or schedule it to arrive on a specific date—perfect for birthdays, holidays, or other special occasions.
What if the gift card doesn't cover the full cleaning cost?
No problem. If the cleaning costs more than the gift card value, the recipient simply pays the difference at checkout. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for future use.
Can they use it for any type of cleaning?
Absolutely. Gift cards work for any service we offer—standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, or recurring service. The recipient chooses what they need.
What if they live outside your service area?
We serve all of Long Island including Nassau County, Suffolk County, and The Hamptons. If your recipient lives elsewhere, please contact us before purchasing—we may be able to help or suggest an alternative.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Unused gift cards can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a gift card has been partially or fully redeemed, it cannot be refunded. Please contact us if you have questions.
How will I know they received it?
You'll receive a confirmation email when the gift card is sent. If you'd like, you can also send a copy to yourself to see exactly what they received.
