Why do I need a deep clean first?
Deep cleaning establishes a "baseline" of cleanliness. Without it, recurring cleans are spent catching up rather than maintaining. Once we conquer the buildup, keeping your home clean becomes much easier (and takes less time).
Can I skip the deep clean if my home is already clean?
We require a deep clean for all new customers. Even homes that look clean have hidden buildup—baseboards, door frames, light switches. The deep clean ensures we start from a truly clean slate.
What's the difference between deep and move in/out?
Move in/out includes everything in a deep clean PLUS interiors: inside cabinets, inside oven, inside fridge, inside closets, and interior windows. It's designed for empty or near-empty homes where we can access everything.
How do I add extras to my cleaning?
When booking online, you'll see options to add extras like interior fridge, oven, windows, and more. You can also request extras through your customer account or by calling us before your appointment.
How often should I get recurring cleaning?
It depends on your household. Weekly is ideal for busy families or homes with kids/pets. Bi-weekly works well for most households. Monthly is best for light maintenance or smaller spaces.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! Our cleaners bring professional-grade, HEPA-approved equipment and high-quality cleaning supplies. If you have specific products you prefer us to use, just let us know.
