Pet Odor & Hair Removal
We love pets—and we know exactly how to clean up after them. Specialized equipment, enzyme treatments, and air purification for homes that need more than a regular cleaning.
- Specialized pet vacuums
- Enzyme odor treatment
- Air scrubbing included
Your Pets Are Family. We Get It.
You love your pets. You also know they come with fur, dander, and the occasional accident. Maybe guests have mentioned "that smell," or you've just become nose-blind to it yourself. Either way, regular cleaning doesn't quite cut it anymore.
Our pet-focused cleaning goes beyond standard service. We use specialized HEPA vacuums designed to capture pet hair and dander, enzyme-based products that break down odor-causing compounds at the molecular level, and commercial air scrubbers with carbon filters to purify the air throughout your home.
No judgment. Just results. We're pet people too.

Specialized Equipment
Regular vacuums and cleaning products aren't enough. Here's what we bring.
HEPA Vacuums
Commercial-grade vacuums with true HEPA filtration capture 99.97% of particles, including pet dander that triggers allergies.
Enzyme Cleaners
Professional enzyme products break down urine, feces, and vomit at the molecular level—not just masking odors but eliminating them.
Air Scrubbers
Commercial air scrubbers with activated carbon filters pull odor particles from the air throughout your home while we clean.
Why Cat Urine Is So Difficult
Understanding the science helps set realistic expectations
The Chemistry Problem
Cat urine contains uric acid crystals that bond to surfaces and re-release odor when exposed to humidity. Unlike dog urine, these crystals are nearly impossible to fully dissolve. The odor can remain dormant for years and return when moisture is present.
What This Means
- Surface cleaning can help, but may not eliminate the source
- Odor in carpet padding or subfloor requires removal of materials
- Multiple enzyme treatments may improve but not fully resolve
- Severe cases require professional remediation beyond cleaning
For Severe Odor: Pre-Cleaning Checklist
If your home has significant pet odor, we recommend addressing these items first
For heavily affected homes, surface cleaning alone may not solve the problem. Odors penetrate porous materials that hold smells even after professional treatment. For best results, consider removing or replacing these items before scheduling intensive odor treatment:
Carpets & rugs — Padding absorbs urine and holds odor permanently
Curtains & drapes — Fabric traps odor particles from the air
Upholstered furniture — Foam and fabric hold odors deeply
Pet beds & blankets — Often the main source of concentrated odor
Fabric lampshades — Often overlooked but absorb odor
Cloth-covered items — Anything porous that can't be washed
Important Information
No Guarantee of Complete Odor Removal
We cannot guarantee that all pet odors will be eliminated. Results depend on the severity of contamination, how long odors have been present, and what materials are affected. We'll be honest with you about what's realistic for your situation.
Subfloor Contamination
If pet urine has soaked through flooring into the subfloor, professional remediation is required. This involves removing flooring, sealing or replacing subfloor materials—work that is beyond the scope of cleaning services. We can treat surface odors, but cannot address subfloor contamination.
Satisfaction Guarantee Exception
Due to the unpredictable nature of pet odor treatment, our standard 100% satisfaction guarantee does not apply to this specialty service. We will do our best work with professional equipment and products, but cannot guarantee specific results.
Multiple Treatments May Be Required
Significant odor issues often require multiple treatments over time. Enzymes need time to work, and some odors require repeated application. We'll discuss a treatment plan and realistic timeline during your consultation.
We share this information because we believe in honesty over promises we can't keep. Many pet odor situations can be significantly improved with professional treatment. We'll assess your home and give you a realistic picture of what to expect before you commit.
