Is this the same as deep cleaning?
Yes, spring cleaning is essentially our deep cleaning service with a seasonal focus. The scope and pricing are the same, but we put extra emphasis on the areas that accumulate dust and allergens during winter—window tracks, ceiling fans, air vents, and behind furniture.
When should I book spring cleaning?
Most Long Island clients book spring cleaning between March and May. For Hamptons seasonal properties, we recommend booking as early as possible—slots fill up quickly in late April and May as homeowners prepare to open their homes for the summer season.
I'm a first-time client. Is spring cleaning right for me?
Perfect timing! Since we require all first-time clients to start with a deep cleaning anyway, spring cleaning is an ideal way to begin. You'll get a thorough seasonal clean, and if you love it, you can transition to our lower recurring rates to maintain the freshness.
Can I transition to recurring service after?
Absolutely! Many clients use spring cleaning as their launching point for recurring service. Since it counts as a deep clean, you can go directly to our biweekly or monthly rates (starting at $190) without another deep cleaning. Learn more about recurring service.
Do you clean Hamptons seasonal homes?
Yes! We specialize in opening up seasonal properties for the summer. Whether it's been closed since Labor Day or just needs a refresh before your first weekend out East, we'll get it guest-ready. We serve Southampton, East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Montauk, and all Hamptons communities.
What's NOT included?
Inside oven and refrigerator are add-ons (+$60 each). We don't do exterior window cleaning, laundry, dishes, or organizing/decluttering. If you have specific requests, let us know when booking and we'll see what we can accommodate.
