I Started This Company Because the Cleaning Industry Was Broken
Before I founded Long Island Maids, I spent over 15 years cleaning homes professionally. I saw how the industry worked from the inside—and I didn't like what I saw.
Most cleaning companies treat clients like transactions. They send whoever's available, so you never know who's showing up. The quality varies wildly. There's no relationship, no accountability, no trust. On the other side, cleaners are treated as interchangeable parts. They're shuffled between homes, never given the chance to build relationships with the families they serve.
I knew there had to be a better way. So in 2013, I built one.

Today, I'm still involved in day-to-day operations. I personally oversee quality, handle escalations, and make sure every client gets the experience they deserve. This isn't a side project or an investment—it's my life's work.
