Questions Property Managers Ask
How much notice do you need for a turnover clean?
For partners, we try to accommodate 1-2 days notice. With a few days' notice, we can almost always fit you in. For busier seasons (end of month, summer), more notice helps. We understand move-outs don't always go as planned.
Do you need someone to let you in?
No. Most property managers give us lockbox codes or leave a key. We're insured and can work independently. Just tell us where to find access and where to leave the key when done.
Can you bill the outgoing tenant?
We typically bill the property manager or management company, and you handle the tenant. If you need invoices formatted a specific way for charge-backs, we can accommodate that.
What if the unit is in bad condition?
If a unit needs more than standard cleaning — heavy grease, excessive dirt, or post-hoarding conditions — we'll quote it as a deep clean or special project. We'll communicate before starting if we see it's beyond standard scope.
Do you coordinate with other vendors?
We can work around painters, maintenance, or carpet cleaners if needed. Just let us know who else is coming and when. Ideally, cleaning is the last step so we're not cleaning over fresh dust.
What areas do you cover?
All of Long Island — Nassau County, Suffolk County, and The Hamptons. If you manage properties across different areas, we can cover them all with a single partnership.
Let's Talk About Your Properties
