How quickly can you schedule a listing prep clean?
For established partners, we often accommodate next-day or same-day service depending on availability. We understand real estate moves fast. Give us a call and we'll do our best to fit you in.
What's included in a listing prep clean?
Everything that shows in photos: all surfaces dusted and wiped, kitchen appliances inside and out, bathrooms scrubbed, floors vacuumed and mopped, interior windows cleaned, and general detail work. The goal is photo-ready presentation.
Can you clean when sellers are still living there?
Yes. We work around occupied homes regularly. We clean around belongings, focus on the spaces that photograph and show, and are respectful of the sellers' schedule. Just let us know the situation when booking.
Do you do vacant property maintenance?
Yes. For listings that sit vacant, we offer weekly or bi-weekly touch-up cleaning to keep the property showing-ready. Dust settles, bugs appear, and vacant homes need maintenance. We keep them fresh.
How do gift cards work for closing gifts?
You purchase a gift card in any amount ($100 minimum). We can send a digital card to the buyer's email or provide a physical card for you to present. The recipient books service online and the card value applies automatically.
