How Pricing Works
Post-construction cleaning is priced by the project, not a flat rate. Every job is different — a bathroom remodel is very different from a whole-home gut renovation. We provide custom quotes based on your specific project.
Pricing Depends On:
- Square footage of the project area
- Type of construction (new build vs. renovation)
- Amount of dust and debris present
- Finish level (standard vs. high-end)
- Cleaning phases needed
- Ongoing partnership volume
Volume Pricing for Partners
Contractors with ongoing cleaning needs get preferred rates. The more projects, the better the pricing. Let's discuss your typical volume.

Questions Contractors Ask
How quickly can you schedule a post-construction clean?
For established partners, we often accommodate same-week or next-day scheduling. We understand construction timelines shift, so we build in flexibility. Call us when your site is ready and we'll work to fit you in.
When should the site be ready for your team?
For final cleaning, all construction should be complete — painting, flooring, fixtures, and trim done. If workers are still coming in and out, dust will return. For rough cleans, framing and drywall should be complete but painters haven't started.
Do I need to be on site during cleaning?
No. Many contractors give us lockbox access or meet us once at the start. We're experienced, insured, and can work independently. We'll communicate via text or call if any questions come up.
Can you bill my client directly?
Yes. We can bill to you, bill directly to your client, or whatever arrangement works best for the project. For ongoing partners, we offer net-30 invoicing.
Why do you recommend a follow-up cleaning?
Construction dust continues to settle for days after the initial cleaning — even with air scrubbers running. It's in the HVAC system, in crevices, and suspended in the air. A follow-up 5-7 days later catches what's settled and gets the home truly move-in ready.
Do you have experience with high-end finishes?
Yes. We work on projects throughout Long Island including the Hamptons. We understand how to clean custom cabinetry, natural stone, specialty hardware, and high-end appliances without causing damage. We use appropriate products for each surface.
What insurance coverage do you carry?
We carry $2M general liability insurance. All team members are background-checked and bonded. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request if needed for your project requirements.
