Phase 1: Initial Assessment (5 minutes)

  4. Open windows if weather permits (air out the space)

Phase 2: Strip & Collect (10-15 minutes)

  1. Strip all beds—sheets, pillowcases, mattress protectors if soiled
  2. Collect all used towels and bath mats
  3. Gather trash from all rooms

Phase 3: Clean Room by Room (60-90 minutes)
